Need to have majority and the current work experience Inbound Voice Domain
Need to be a Manager Quality in his/her Current with a minimum of 5 years' experience handling large span of control
Need to have analytical knowledge on KPI's like VOC/ /AHT/Sales Conversion.
Need to have knowledge on Quality framework
Need to have Knowledge on ISO 9001:2015 standards implementation and certification
Good Communication/Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills.
Need to be flexible on shifts and Schedules.
Through knowledge on Six Sigma Methodologies, ISO, COPC, ISMS etc.
